basic information
"HPC Pipe" is the general term for our original FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) pipes. Our FRP pipe "HPC Pipe" uses prepreg sheets, which are materials that have resin pre-impregnated and are in a semi-cured state, made from carbon fiber (CFRP) or glass fiber (GFRP). These sheets are wound around a mold to form the pipe. This manufacturing method is called "Sheet Winding (SW) Method," allowing for a free layering configuration from ultra-thin pipes to thicker ones, which is difficult with other methods, and it is also suitable for small lot production. Furthermore, composite pipes with metals, resins, and natural wood can also be formed.

We manufacture lightweight and low-deflection carbon pipes/glass fiber FRP pipes by optimizing the lamination structure of various composite materials (CFRP (carbon)/GFRP (glass)) using the sheet winding method, and we can accommodate small production runs.
