Examples of utilizing racks for temporary storage of materials and product storage in a conventional hardware precut factory.

We are introducing a case study of the fixed bar rack used by Gooriki Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells racks and space-saving equipment. At Nakazawa Kenhan Co., Ltd.'s Wakayama No. 2 Factory, it was implemented to quickly deliver products managed by residence to eight logistics bases in the Kansai region with consistent quality according to the process. The material storage area for feather materials was arranged so that anyone could easily understand the inventory status, and the through columns were stored together against the wall to prevent processing and shipping omissions. Super heavy-duty racks were placed near the factory entrance to allow for loading and unloading operations regardless of the size of the cargo, and a roofed rack for residence-specific storage was installed opposite.
