We are introducing a case study of the fixed bar rack from Gooriki Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells racks and space-saving equipment. At MSC Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a bar rack designed with a stair-step shelf depth was adopted to allow for smooth loading and unloading of steel materials using a ceiling-mounted crane. After the installation of the rack, the elimination of wasted storage space expanded the loading area, significantly improving work efficiency during rainy weather. By managing a variety of materials by tier, inventory tracking became clear at a glance.
