Space-saving storage and management of materials for wooden house structural materials! Case study of using mobile racks.

We are introducing a case study on the use of mobile racks by Gooriki Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells racks and space-saving equipment. During the planning of a new warehouse, it was found that if lumber was stocked without using racks, it would not secure a flow line with the factory and would exceed the building coverage ratio. To resolve this issue, we adopted the electric rack "Cargo Loader," which has 2.5 times the storage capacity of fixed racks, allowing us to construct a compact warehouse that can stock the necessary amount. By installing mobile racks in conjunction with the building construction, there is no need for separate work to embed the rails, which helps reduce costs and time compared to installation in existing warehouses.
