We perform milling/turning mixed processes using a multi-tasking machine with a single chuck setup. With full 5-axis capability, we can manufacture shapes that cannot be processed on a 3-axis machine. We can utilize the characteristics of a 5-axis machine to create continuous grooves and protrusions on the cylindrical side, as well as undercuts in the inner diameter. High-precision machining with dual spindles is possible with our multi-tasking machine.

We support the production of parts with various shapes using NC table-equipped 5-axis machining and 5-axis composite processing machines with counter spindles. We can handle continuous shapes such as cylindrical and spherical surfaces, machining of undercuts, and prevention of precision degradation through multi-surface processing with a single chuck. The multifunctional processing unique to 5-axis machines allows us to accommodate shapes and precision that are impossible with 3-axis machines. In particular, the 5-axis composite processing machine can achieve high precision in simultaneous back processing with counter spindles, 5-axis processing with dual axes, and composite processes that involve both turning and milling. We have accumulated unique know-how for eliminating tool marks at the boundaries of the processing area, as well as for cutting and finishing heat-treated products with a hardness of around HRC 60 and high-hardness materials.
