In the year 1907, during an era still dominated by a preference for foreign products, Ohno Company developed Japan's first packing for ships. It was recognized by both Mitsubishi and Kawasaki shipyards and was of such high quality that it was later used in the former navy's battleship Yamato, breaking the common belief at the time that domestic products were inferior to imported ones. Since then, we have continued to focus on our core business by adopting new materials such as fluororesin and super engineering plastics, developing processing technologies, and establishing a quality assurance system through obtaining ISO 9001 certification, all while responding to market and customer demands with a serious commitment to manufacturing.
