The flare machine processes the ends of the pipes to create a flare connection using loose flanges, eliminating the need for flange welding. By using the flare machine, you can achieve "cost reduction," "shortened delivery times," and "improved quality" for processed pipes. <Flare Fitting> Flare fittings are weldless joints with flaring applied to elbows. <W Flange> With fewer bolts than standard loose flanges, the bolts, nuts, and gaskets are preset (attached), which reduces construction time.
