This is a turret machining center equipped with two turret heads within a single processing machine. We will deliver it in a configuration that incorporates the options discussed with the customer. We recommend it to customers considering mass production, mass processing, and automated lines for workpieces that require machining on both end faces. Productivity is increased as both end faces of shafts, bars, and drawn materials can be processed simultaneously. Since each turret is equipped with its own NC control unit, simultaneous processing is possible even if the machining of the left and right end faces differs, allowing for independent control. It has a structure that is easy to automate and easy to integrate into processing lines.
