Integrated fan-out buffer and low jitter characteristics; one package, multi-output SAW oscillator 'MG7050 series'.
This product is a SAW oscillator that incorporates a fan-out buffer (a circuit that distributes the input signal to multiple outputs) and enables simultaneous output of 2 or 4 clock signals in a single package. By utilizing our unique strengths in SAW resonator technology and semiconductor circuit design technology, we have achieved low jitter characteristics (0.12ps at 156.25MHz) comparable to our conventional products (XG-2121/2102 series) while incorporating a fan-out buffer, as well as a frequency division function. In the next-generation high-speed communication, where the demand for high capacity and speed is increasing, this product is designed to assist customers designing network equipment that requires multiple clock sources by reducing the number of components, thus minimizing the mounting area (about half compared to external fan-out buffers) and lowering power consumption, simplifying the system. Additionally, we offer three types of output formats (LV-PECL, LVDS, HCSL) to accommodate various systems. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.*
