The "InfReC R300BP-TF" is an infrared thermography camera designed for measuring through flames. To capture images through flames using thermography, it is necessary to visualize only the infrared radiation around 3.8μm that can penetrate gases such as carbon dioxide (CO2) generated during combustion. Traditionally, detecting infrared radiation around 3.8μm required the use of expensive thermography cameras equipped with cooled sensors, which weighed over 3 kg. Additionally, the maintenance of sensor coolers incurred costs and time, hindering widespread adoption. The R300BP-TF detects short-wavelength infrared radiation around 3.8μm, where the effects of flames are eliminated, by combining a domestically produced uncooled sensor with a flame-passing filter.
