The items currently produced by our company include semiconductor manufacturing equipment, optical communication equipment, housing components, medical components, measurement instrument parts, and tools. We have experience with both thin and thick materials, and we frequently perform insert molding and resin insert molding for items such as blades, tools, and nuts. In terms of production lots, we often receive orders for around 3,000 to 10,000 pieces per month for single-cavity molds, but we also accept small lots. Regarding equipment, we have 14 molding machines ranging from 50t to 360t, 7 welding machines, one each of 2D and 3D CAD, a 3D printer, image measurement devices, an automatic mold warehouse, and a 24-hour temperature-controlled warehouse. Additionally, with the introduction of a water jet cutting machine, we can cut two-dimensional shapes of non-ferrous metals, resin materials, glass, carbon, and composite materials without thermally deforming the material.
