The "KR Series" is a slicer that performs continuous slicing simply by placing ingredients on a conveyor. It is a dedicated machine for scoring that allows for even depth scoring from the surface. The slicing angle can be adjusted continuously with a handle, and the thickness can be set in 0.1mm increments via a touch panel. It achieves precise slicing through stepping motor incremental feeding, resulting in a clean cut surface thanks to two rotating circular blades.
