The transportation distance of the Eurasian border railway is very long, and the trains constantly pass through extremely low temperatures, terrible weather, and high-altitude areas, making diesel more prone to solidifying than usual, and the refrigeration units frequently stop working. To avoid solidification, diesel refrigeration units are equipped, and a super-large built-in fuel tank is placed in the front wall of the container, allowing the refrigeration units to operate continuously for 22 days without refueling.

The transportation distance of the Eurasian border railway is a very long route. Trains always pass through extremely low temperatures, terrible weather, and high-altitude areas. In particular, the temperature difference between day and night in those regions is quite significant. Under these conditions, diesel fuel exposed to the air in fuel tanks tends to solidify more easily than usual, and refrigeration units frequently stop working. Our company (QCSC) installs fuel tanks in a separation chamber on the front wall of the container to isolate them from outside air and provide a stable insulation environment. Additionally, the indoor temperature of this separation chamber can be controlled by a temperature control device, allowing the diesel to adapt to various working environments. Furthermore, refrigeration units used for #20 diesel can operate even at temperatures below -50°C. This design prevents the solidification problem of diesel and improves fuel efficiency.
