The CFM series is a system that compares the pressure waveform of each crimp with a reference waveform stored after the baseline waveform is recorded, determining the correctness of terminal crimping based on the set tolerances. It can detect crimping defects such as insulation drop crimping, insulation biting crimping, full insulation biting crimping, and core wire protrusion crimping. The sensors required to capture the waveform use high-precision, responsive piezoelectric elements. We offer more than 10 types of two types of piezoelectric load sensor and piezoelectric strain sensor. The piezoelectric strain sensor is particularly easy to install. ○ CFM-MX Plus ◆ There are 20 types of tolerances for error detection, allowing selection based on the combination of terminals and wires used, enabling advanced detection capabilities. ◆ When an error is detected, it notifies with an error display and alarm sound, and can stop the press machine or eject defective products via a signal from the I/O port. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us through our website.
