Crimp Force Monitor with proven results and trust. It can detect terminal crimping defects in real-time!
○ Crimp Force Monitor CFM-MX Plus ★ Cumulative shipment of 10,000 units! The world standard for terminal crimping pressure testing ◆ It can be installed on both automatic and semi-automatic crimping machines, as well as crimping machines from both domestic and international manufacturers, including older models. ◆ With easy installation, it inspects all crimped terminals inline. Since defective products can be detected on the spot, it prevents the flow of defective crimped products to subsequent processes. ◆ 2-channel version <CFM-MX20> for automatic crimping machines at both ends ◆ 1-channel version <CFM-MX10> for strip crimpers, single soldering, and manual crimping presses ○ PRO-MX (PC Software) ◆ This is an option for CFM. It allows monitoring of pressure waveforms and other data on a PC via RS232C, as well as remote control and parameter settings for CFM. It is also available for individual sale. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us through our website.

basic information
The CFM series is a system that compares the pressure waveform of each crimp with a reference waveform stored after the baseline waveform is recorded, determining the correctness of terminal crimping based on the set tolerances. It can detect crimping defects such as hanging crimping, insulation biting crimping, full insulation biting crimping, and core wire protrusion crimping. The sensors required to capture the waveform use high-precision, responsive piezoelectric elements. We offer more than 10 types of two types of piezoelectric load sensors and piezoelectric strain sensors. The piezoelectric strain sensors are particularly easy to install. ○ CFM-MX Plus ◆ There are 20 types of tolerances for error detection, allowing selection based on the combination of terminals and wires used, enabling advanced detection capabilities. ◆ When an error is detected, it notifies with an error display and alarm sound, and can stop the press machine or eject defective products via a signal from the I/O port. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us through our website.

Since its establishment in 1988, Trusortech has consistently provided an "inline inspection system" that conducts 100% quality inspection of materials and processing assembly for automotive parts within the manufacturing line. This business model delivers optimized solutions for sensors, electrical circuits, application software, and mechanical components tailored to the site. In recent years, the required quality levels have significantly increased, and our customers' manufacturing sites have expanded from domestic to overseas, placing greater importance on not only precision but also improved operability and remote technical support. As needs become increasingly complex and diverse, we will continue to develop products accordingly while establishing a technical support system for remote locations. Trusortech contributes to improving customer quality and productivity through measurement technology using sensors.
