When used as a granulation device, it enables the creation of sharp granule size distributions easily, depending on the screen diameter and impeller rotation speed conditions. 【Features】 ○ The disintegration and granulation mechanism, consisting of a screen and impeller, allows for coating that suppresses particle agglomeration. ○ By spraying onto areas with high particle concentration using a tangential spray, efficient and dense coating can be achieved. ○ Safety is ensured with the installation of explosion venting ports and grounding wires sewn into the filter. ○ The use of pleated filters allows for the collection of fine particles down to 2 micrometers.
