It inspects the crimping condition of all wires with images without stopping the machine during movement. ◆ If there is installation space(approximately 40mm), it can be retrofitted to an existing automatic crimping machine. ◆ It can perform combined judgment of stripping on the outbound journey and crimping on the return journey. ◆ To register an item, simply place a defect inspection frame on the image of a good product, and the image processing tool suitable for the desired defect detection will be set.
