Our company is a manufacturer that produces cast metal parts from prototype development to small-lot mass production. By implementing integrated production from material manufacturing to finishing processes and dimensional measurements, we reduce the management effort involved in production. Using 3D printers, we aim to reduce costs and shorten lead times for sand casting without wooden patterns, accommodating single items to small lots and custom specifications. Additionally, since January 2020, we have introduced a new type of 3D printer, enabling large sand casting sizes of "400×800×400" and the production of a large number of cores. We can handle casting on our hand-molded sand casting line, and for products in small quantities of up to about 1,000 pieces, we can produce materials using wooden patterns. 【Casting Materials Supported】 ■ Aluminum AC materials (AC4C-T6, AC2B-T6, etc.) up to about 50 kg ■ Cast iron FC250-400, FCD450-700 up to about 30 kg * T6 treatment is also available using our in-house heat treatment equipment. 【Processing Capabilities】 ■ We own five 5-axis machining centers, enabling high-precision processing with short lead times. 【Inspection Capabilities】 ■ Quality assurance with a CNC three-dimensional measuring machine. ■ Leak testing.
