The mold features an integrated cell structure, using air as a heat medium to individually control the temperature of each cell, achieving a maximum heating rate of 200°C per minute and a temperature accuracy of ±0.5°C on the mold surface. The maximum molding temperature is 850°C, and it can be used in combination with general-purpose presses and injection molding machines, enabling mass production of high-quality composite and plastic products that have never been achieved before.
