An explanation of "Salamander," which is the trademark for Ubeck's filtration system and technology!
The salamander refers to the Japanese mountain salamander (Sanshouuo), which inhabits streams and wetlands throughout Japan and prefers clean waters. UBEK's precision filtration system keeps coolant liquid consistently clean and contributes to the preservation of both the working environment and the global environment through its circulation use. We want to maintain a clean environment, like that preferred by the salamander, at all times and forever. From this wish, we named UBEK's filtration system and technology trademark "Salamander." "Salamander" is a trusted trademark delivered to all metal machining industries. *Please view the comprehensive catalog of "Salamander" by downloading the PDF data.

Yubek's precision filter system pumps the dirty coolant liquid used in each processing machine, which contains grinding debris and chips (from castings, aluminum, and iron), into the dirty piping line via a coolant recovery pump. The dirty coolant liquid transported to the filtration device is precisely filtered using a unique special filter and then pumped through a clean piping line. The coolant liquid, returned to the same condition as new liquid, is reused in each processing machine. Since the coolant liquid can always be kept clean, the need for waste liquid treatment is almost eliminated, resulting in significant cost reductions for processing. Additionally, by reducing the combustion and chemical treatment of waste liquids, it greatly contributes to the global issue of CO2 reduction. Yubek's precision filter system easily filters non-magnetic sludges, which were traditionally difficult to filter, including glass, silicon, aluminum, cast iron, cemented carbide, ceramics, titanium, tar, and carbon. It is compatible with both water-soluble and non-water-soluble coolant liquids.
