【Processing Technology】 ○ Wire Processing (Wire Electrical Discharge Machining) → Uses brass wire with a diameter of 0.2mm (0.1mm is also available) ○ Laser Processing → Introduced a fine laser processing machine, capable of processing thin sheets of approximately 0.1mm and fine shapes with high precision (about ±0.02mm) ○ Machining → Skilled in processing aluminum materials ○ Press Processing → Not using mass production molds, primarily processing sequentially with single molds → Simple, with short mold production time and cost-effective ○ Bending Processing → Each part is accurately processed by hand using a small press brake called a bender for precision small parts → Custom jigs tailored to the product allow for any shape to be accommodated ○ Etching Processing → Processing plate thickness: t: 0.005 to 2.0 → Processing limits - minimum D dimension: equivalent to plate thickness (MIN/0.05mm) Minimum W dimension: equivalent to half the plate thickness (MIN/0.03mm) ○ Fine Hole Electrical Discharge Machining → Uses electrodes with a diameter of 0.3 to 3mm ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
