We will solve various issues related to automation, such as the transportation and attachment of sheet materials in the lamination process where components are adhered to the backing sheet, and the creation of a line from the housing case assembler to packaging. All equipment will be handled by experienced domestic manufacturers. 【Examples of Production】 - Sheet-type / strip-type compatible auto-laminator We will configure units for each component to connect according to customer specifications. - Simple cover tape laminator Easy operation that starts the attachment process just by inserting the reagent card. - Reagent device transport / desiccant supply system Fully automated from the incorporation of reagent strips into the housing case to pillow packaging. - Reagent strip alignment / inspection system Automatically aligns strips cut and separated from the reagent card into trays. However, we believe that in order to further advance the increasingly important clinical testing technologies, it is necessary to provide a wide range of raw materials, information, and services from both domestic and international sources, not just BioDot products. Therefore, we transformed into ForDix Co., Ltd. in December 2015. The technology for diagnostic reagents developed through clinical testing is also applied in food testing and environmental testing, supporting our lives beyond the medical field. As a company that supports those who research, develop, and commercialize these areas, we will strive to become a trusted presence.
