The "VQ-1-250II" is a versatile emulsifying device capable of accommodating a wide range of product manufacturing. It is equipped with a scraping mixer and a homomixer at the top, enabling sufficient mixing and stirring, as well as vertical convection. The high-speed shear homomixer allows for uniform micronization of emulsions. By standardizing and simplifying the structure, maintenance has been improved, and reliability has been enhanced. 【Features】 ○ The interior of the tank is machined to a perfect circle to improve scraping performance. ○ By improving the overturning mechanism, the burden of handle operation has been reduced compared to conventional models. ○ The device operates with a standard 12-inch touch panel, allowing for one-touch switching between Japanese, English, and Chinese. ○ It accommodates a wide range of fields, including cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. ○ All stainless steel construction is standard for corrosion resistance and hygiene (the wetted parts are made of SUS316).
