Making the brain transparent with electrophoresis! A technique that demonstrates powerful effects in immunostaining.
The "NA-1880 model" adopts a method for lipid removal that uses electrophoresis to make the brain transparent in its electronic version. After injecting (perfusing) the sample (tissue) with acrylamide and binding it, a voltage of 10V to 40V is applied at 37°C, while circulating a borate buffer containing 4% SDS at a temperature around 40°C. This process of electrophoresis removes unbound lipids, resulting in the transparency of the sample. Due to its closed-circuit design, safety has been taken into consideration, and a screw-type component with silicone packing has been manufactured for the upper part. 【Features】 ■ Adopts an attention-grabbing method of making the brain transparent through electrophoresis ■ Demonstrates powerful performance in immunostaining ■ A product designed with safety in mind *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
