The ultra-thin blade with a thickness of 1mm allows for a cutting motion that does not stress the fillet. For slender eels, it can process 2 to 3 fish simultaneously, adjusted to the width of the belt. Additionally, the cutting conditions that have been preset can be easily switched with the push of a button. The cutting pitch and speed can be easily adjusted to match the conditions of the fish (up to six types).
