It is possible to achieve high-density molding because the molding body is uniformly pressurized by water pressure! This is a compact, manually operated cold isostatic press with a simple structure and low cost, combining a custom-made lab press and a pressure-resistant container. One of its attractions is that it can also be used as a powder molding machine when the pressure-resistant container is removed. It is ideal for achieving uniform molding density in cases where high-density molding of metal and ceramic powders, as well as molding of irregular shapes and long objects, is difficult. It is also possible to efficiently create homogeneous and straight raw material rods by placing the raw powder in a rubber bag. It is widely used in universities, national research institutions, and corporate laboratories.
