At Nara Machinery Manufacturing, it is possible to create new materials that were not previously available and achieve significant performance improvements by modifying the surface of particles and compounding them. We have a hybridization system that allows for the fixation or film formation of fine particles (child particles) onto the surface of core particles (parent particles) in an extremely short time of about three minutes. This system is actively used in a wide range of fields based on combinations of raw materials. Additionally, our laser ablation technology, which generates nanoparticles of various materials and coats the surfaces of fine particles on-site, is also attracting attention.
