What is "channel cut"? The work edge is cut off in a U-shape (channel shape).
Traditionally, "channel cuts" were processed using routers or press methods such as slotters, but this machine uses a circular saw to process "channel cuts." - The inner corners of the channel can be processed with sharp angles instead of rounded edges. (Even with processing by a circular saw, there are no rounded edges or slit marks left on the corners.) - The processing is completed in 15 seconds per shot, (the processing time remains stable regardless of material thickness.) These are its features. Additionally, by innovating the direction of workpiece insertion into the machine's processing inlet, irregular cuts are also possible.
