Meets JIS C1100 standards! Phosphorus-containing tough pitch copper equivalent to tough pitch copper.
"PTC" is a unique high-conductivity alloy developed through research on components and manufacturing methods that can achieve JIS C1100 compliance at the manufacturing facilities of Mitsui Sumitomo Metal Mining's copper alloy production. "PTC" is a new deoxidized copper that removes oxygen from copper using trace amounts of Fe and P, achieving conductivity comparable to tough pitch copper. The conductivity meets the JIS standard for C1100, and the mechanical properties in each grade are in accordance with the specifications of C1100, with solderability equivalent to that of tough pitch copper. 【Features】 ○ Phosphorus-containing tough pitch copper alternative ○ JIS C1100 standard compliant tough pitch copper equivalent ○ International patent application pending (Japanese patent granted) ○ Alloy design aimed at cost reduction For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
