Our original surface treatment, "Tef-Lock," is a high-performance composite surface treatment technology that combines high hardness, wear resistance, non-stick properties, and release characteristics. By using it in heat sealers instead of Teflon coatings or Teflon tape, maintenance and longevity can be improved. The heat resistance temperature is approximately 250°C for continuous use. If you feel that a durability of 250°C is concerning for sealing PET resin, please try our "Heat-Resistant Tef-Lock," which has a heat resistance temperature of approximately 300°C to 350°C! We offer samples of Tef-Lock (standard type only) for those who are interested. Please fill out the details of what you are specifically considering.
