【Coating Characteristics】 ■Composition: 70wt% Ni, 6-8wt% P, 23±3vol% PTFE ■PTFE: Submicron particles. Dispersed and co-deposited in the surface layer of the coating. ■Uniformity: Achieved uniformity in thickness and quality of the coating through high-precision control of chemical reactions and process time in electroless deposition technology. ■Corrosion Resistance: No change after 480 hours in salt spray test (over 4 times that of electroless Ni plating). High corrosion resistance due to multilayer and composite plating. ■Pitting Resistance: No pinholes due to layered plating, exhibiting excellent pitting resistance. ■Heat Resistance: Higher heat resistance than general organic coatings.
