Branson's ultrasonic homogenizer Sonifier SFX series enables more advanced liquid processing in the lab.
The conversion efficiency of electrical energy to ultrasonic vibration is over 95%, resulting in minimal energy loss due to heat generation within the converter, and allowing for a consistently stable amplitude at the tip of the horn or chip that transmits the vibrations. Additionally, by not adopting oscillation management based on unstable wattage control, and instead utilizing precise amplitude control for oscillation management, the ultrasonic output is very stable. There have been reports that dispersion of certain materials can be achieved at several times the speed compared to conventional products. The Sonifier SFX series can quantify reliable energy consumption in joules (J). Furthermore, custom solutions are available to meet customer requirements.
