Photomasks, which are essential for the fabrication of various semiconductor and MEMS microstructures, are particularly needed in a wide variety at universities and research institutes. This device allows for easy production of photomasks at the laboratory level, using drawings printed from your graphic software or CAD systems, which are then copied onto OHP film to be used as the mask original. With a specially designed optical system, the mask original is projected with high precision at a 1/5 reduction, allowing you to create emulsion masks.
