The EX-731 is a fluorescent X-ray thickness gauge that measures the thickness of metal with an atomic number of 22 (Ti) or higher. It allows for simultaneous measurement of the thickness of both two-layer and three-layer coatings, as well as simultaneous measurement of the thickness and composition of alloy coatings.
