High speed and operability! Short time and non-destructive measurement are optimal for 100% inspection.
The "Dames DMC-211" is an eddy current thickness gauge designed to measure the differences in conductivity between non-conductive coatings on non-magnetic metals (aluminum, copper, brass), various platings on steel, and copper and silver plating on non-metals. With the use of a computer, operations such as calibration and measurement are simple. Various measurement modes can be selected, making it easy to measure small parts like screw heads and wire, as well as die-cast products. The automatic selection feature curve (calibration curve) comes with 70 standard memory settings. If there are special materials, new characteristic curves (calibration curves) can be created and inputted if a standard plate is available. 【Features】 ■ Easy operation ■ Channel registration function ■ Statistical processing function ■ Digital display of measurement values ■ Equipped with "automatic capture" mode *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Please use the thickness gauge from Den Soku Co., Ltd. for quality control of plating, painting, and other processes in your company. Since our establishment in 1952, our thickness gauges have been used by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's Industrial Product Inspection Institute, various prefectural industrial testing laboratories, various inspection associations, and research institutes of various companies, as well as in the plating industry. Our gauges have been adopted as standard measuring instruments in the setting of JIS standards by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, contributing to the improvement and development of surface treatment and quality control. It is not an exaggeration to say that the history of thickness measurement is the history of Den Soku. By pioneering the development of electrolytic thickness gauges, we have contributed to Japan's surface treatment industry. We will continue to lead the industry and support the improvement and development of our customers' product quality.
