Settings for water pouring time, timing of the return blades, and mochi pounding time can be finely adjusted, along with other settings unrelated to mochi. The top of the mortar only has the pestle, and the drive unit is located at the back, preventing contamination from machine oil and dust. Safety covers are standard on the drive unit of the mortar and pestle. ■Small Mochi Cutting Machine Weight adjustment of the mochi has become easier with instructions from the beam sensor. After cutting, the mochi falls vertically and is caught by a turntable. The time required for cleaning the machine after use is reduced.
