The "IC160 Series (PLCC)" is an IC socket for mounting with SMT type (same foot pattern as the IC, with inward bending type and external type from the socket) and solder dip contact. The mounting height is designed to be low profile, with 5.0mm for the SMT type and 6.0mm for the solder dip type.
