The "U.T.15-V Type" is a vacuum mixer that performs reduced pressure degassing during mixing, allowing for the production of distinctive high-moisture noodles. With a dual-axis system, the flow of the powder is active as it moves within the tank while rotating. This enables homogeneous mixing, resulting in noodles that are firm and have a strong texture. A double filter shuts out the intrusion of powder into the vacuum pump.
