Utilizing our cultivated precision processing technology, we produce various coils used in high-precision communications and office automation equipment (small lot production of many varieties). ■□■□■【Introducing examples of coil winding for sensors!】■□■□■ 【Features】 We perform aligned winding at two locations using copper wire with a diameter of φ0.1mm on the same bobbin. The number of turns at one location is approximately 270 aligned turns in two rows. 【Challenges】 We repeated prototypes multiple times to ensure the characteristics of each coil were consistent. 【Usage Example】 This coil is used for detecting horizontal levels.
