Utilizing our cultivated precision processing technology, we produce various coils used in high-precision communication and office automation equipment (small-batch production of many varieties). ■□■□■【Introducing examples of terminal processing for relay coils!】■□■□■ 【Features】 We perform terminal processing on copper wire ends that are curled at the base of terminals measuring 7 to 9 mm. Normally, soldering is done, but since solder cannot adhere to the terminal tip, we apply heat while holding the copper wire with a chip to melt the plating of the terminal and carry out terminal processing. 【Challenges】 If pressed too hard, the copper wire breaks, and if pressed too lightly, it causes poor contact. We conducted repeated tests to set the conditions. 【Usage examples】 These are used in relay coils and are also utilized in the Shinkansen N700 series.
