The starting wire is temporarily colored on the jig core before winding. After winding is completed, a temporary color is applied to the jig core as well. 【Challenges】 The temporary colored wire is cut to extract the coil, but the length of the lead wire from the coil is designed and manufactured to be within specifications, so there is no need for further adjustments later. 【Usage Example】 It is used in lighting coils.
