Even higher precision than conventional machines! High-precision cutting and winding are possible! [Test cuts now being accepted]
The "WRS-35X10-FV" is a slitter for lithium-ion battery separators that employs a friction shaft in both the vertical and horizontal axes. It can accommodate a minimum product width of 30mm and achieves a minimum tension of 20N/m. Moreover, even at low tension, there is no misalignment of the winding core, allowing for high-precision winding. It is ideal for separators that require narrow and delicate winding. 【Features】 ■ Winding width ranges from 30 to 300mm, and winding tension ranges from 20 to 100N/m ■ High precision with a tension difference of less than 15% between each ring ■ The use of a winding shaft movement system ensures a constant film path length from the start to the end of winding, resulting in good edge quality of the wound product. ■ The internal structure is tubeless, making it maintenance-free. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.
