【Distilled Water Production Device】 The basic principle of the multi-purpose tubular distilled water production device is to generate high-pressure and high-temperature steam in the first evaporator, while the excess supplied raw water becomes high-temperature saturated water, which is then supplied to the next evaporator. By utilizing a thermosyphon system, it undergoes heat exchange (latent heat and sensible heat) to become steam and saturated water, and is again supplied to the next evaporator. The sequencer's touch panel control (Japanese language support) automatically controls and manages the automatic sampling system and self-sterilization. The WFI production device has a wide range of delivery records from 100L/h to 10ton/h, accommodating both small and large quantities, and custom equipment design is possible to meet customer needs. 【PS Generation Device】 The evaporation method of the Rosuiki PS generation device is a thin film downward evaporation method with high thermal efficiency, employing a gas-liquid separation method to prevent droplet carryover. Using UF water as the supply water, it can handle capacities from small (50kg/h) to large (3000kg/h), and has numerous delivery records.
