The "TBI-4500" is a visual inspection machine for liquid-filled bottles. Since the bottles are positioned on a screw and fixed in a basket, inspection is easy without any wobbling of the bottles. The inverted method uses rollers in the basket that slide along a guide, ensuring precise setting of the tilt angle. The main chain uses a low-stretch chain and employs an air-operated auto-tensioning system. An area sensor is installed in the bottle inspection section for safety considerations.
