Additionally, it can be used for releasing gases such as air. For example, it can be used to send air into water to increase oxygen concentration or for stirring. By utilizing pre-cut and prefabricated processing of PVC piping, as well as modularization and unitization, we streamline on-site construction and provide high-quality PVC piping with short delivery times. 【Features】 - We cut PVC pipes to specified dimensions for various applications using automatic cutting machines, manual saws, and jigs. - We process PVC pipes with automatic drilling machines or drill presses to specified hole diameters and pitches according to their intended use. We can provide perforated PVC pipes quickly and at low cost when large quantities are needed. - We apply adhesive to PVC pipes to join PVC fittings such as sockets, elbows, and tees. - Using a welding machine, our craftsmen weld the joints of pipes by melting the PVC pipe and welding rod. - Additionally, we can also process bending, splitting, and other PVC fittings and resin pipes upon consultation. 【Materials】 Hole processing can be performed on various plastic pipes and resin pipes. We mainly handle rigid polyvinyl chloride pipes, including general PVC pipes (VP, VU pipes), electrical conduits (VE pipes), impact-resistant PVC pipes (HIVP, HIVE pipes), heat-resistant PVC pipes (HT pipes), transparent pipes, and colored pipes (weather-resistant specifications). We also work with core pipes (ABS pipes), PP pipes, PE pipes, and various other plastic and resin pipes.
