It measures highly reliable insulation resistance using the Megger method. It automatically monitors the insulation condition of various motors mounted on machine tools. This reduces maintenance costs and the burden of maintenance inventory costs, allowing for the prevention of sudden line stoppages in advance. No power outage of equipment is required. Due to the Megger method, it can measure high-precision values at a lower cost than the I0r method. Measurements can be taken after the motor has completely stopped, thanks to a delay timer. Alarm output settings can be differentiated from four types of measurement values (selectable from 1MΩ, 5MΩ, 10MΩ, 20MΩ). It is highly versatile and does not depend on the equipment, capacity, or manufacturer. Although it is a high-voltage measurement method, there is no concern about electric shock. It can also accommodate equipment that requires safety circuits. By connecting an optional touch panel, detailed settings and history management can be performed.
