It is a device capable of generating a large number of microvalves!
The "eco-bubble (R)" is a microbubble generation device that uses a swirling liquid flow method to send liquid into the nozzle with the power of a pump, creating a vortex that reacts with the gas drawn in, generating a large number of microbubbles. Microbubbles (fine bubbles with a diameter of 1 to 30 μm) have low buoyancy and can float in water for a long time. Additionally, small bubbles have a very large surface area relative to their volume, allowing oxygen to efficiently dissolve into the water while they drift. 【Features】 - Adopts a swirling liquid flow method - Generates a large number of microbubbles - Low buoyancy, floats in water for a long time - Oxygen efficiently dissolves in water - Developed DDHRS (Dual Vortex High-Speed Rotating Gas-Liquid Mixing Dual Tank) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Daiko Giken Co., Ltd. was founded in 1987 as a company (Daiko Giken Limited) engaged in the installation of special gases, medical gases, and liquefied petroleum gas equipment. In April 2010, the Eco Bubble Division was established, and joint research and development of microbubble generation devices began with Professor Hiroaki Tsutsumi of Kumamoto Prefectural University. In July 2011, the domestic patent for the fine bubble generation nozzle DDHRS (double vortex high-speed rotating gas-liquid mixing double tank) was obtained, and in November of the same year, the microbubble generation device (eco-bubble®-400) equipped with one DDHRS nozzle was launched. Patents have also been obtained in the United States, China, and South Korea. Subsequently, the freshwater submersible pump integrated model eco-bubble®-250, the compact model eco-bubble®-S series, and the pump-nozzle separated model eco-bubble®-N series were developed and released. By selecting from these models, it is possible to accommodate a wide range of applications, from aeration of water in tanks of 10 to 20,000 liters, to wastewater treatment facilities in outdoor settings, and to aeration of water in aquaculture facilities of 10,000 m³. In December 2020, the company name was changed to "Daiko Giken Co., Ltd."
