The "High-Speed Crusher" is a starch machine that can crush raw materials (such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, tapioca, etc.) and break down the starch granules within the cells into a state that can be processed. The rotor has a reverse taper groove, and the holding bar and crushing blades that fit into that groove are fixed in place by the grooves at both ends of the holding bar when stationary. When the rotor rotates, centrifugal force acts on the holding bar, tightening it like a wedge against the crushing blades. The faster the rotation, the more the centrifugal force tightens the crushing blades, preventing them from flying out. Utilizing its structural features, the maximum peripheral speed of the rotor can reach between 75 m/s and 100 m/s.
