● The existing pump stops operating We received a consultation from a certain cosmetics manufacturing factory. The submersible pump currently in use is not designed for high temperatures, so it stops immediately after starting, making it difficult to transfer hot water. Therefore, we adopted the H2 JCV series, which allows for stable transfer even at high temperatures of 80°C. ● The burden on operators has been eliminated! Previously, every time the pump stopped operating, the managers had to wait for the temperature to drop or pull it up to check the situation, which was a significant burden. Since switching to the heat-resistant submersible pump JCV series, it has continued to operate stably even at high temperatures, resulting in a reduced burden on the operators.
