The environmentally resistant roller chain "TLH Series" has significantly improved corrosion resistance compared to conventional surface-treated chains by applying a special three-layer coating to each component of the roller chain. It demonstrates excellent functionality in environments exposed to rainwater and seawater. Even after prolonged operation, when subjected to salt spray testing, the chain exhibits high corrosion resistance due to the strong adhesion and self-repairing interactions. After 1000 hours of salt spray testing on chains that have been in operation for a long time, there is no occurrence of red rust on the high corrosion-resistant roller chain. *Please note that corrosion resistance may decrease depending on the usage environment. No harmful substances such as hexavalent chromium, lead, cadmium, or mercury are used, making it environmentally friendly.
