Corrosion-resistant seawater valve - No contact between fluid and metal at all!
Generally, stainless steel is often used for seawater lines, but there are concerns about pitting corrosion. The ES-type soft-seal partition valve developed by our company features a body made of FC material coated with nylon, and the valve body is a soft-seal valve lined with rubber. Additionally, the valve stem (SUS304) is also nylon-coated. This prevents metal from coming into direct contact with the fluid, thereby preventing the occurrence of pitting corrosion. Furthermore, in terms of cost, it allows for a more affordable solution compared to stainless steel products. We also offer a short face-to-face type with the intention of replacing butterfly valves.
